Included in this price: Usage of Wifi, Water, Electricity, TV-Vlaanderen, bedding and bath towels (bath & swimming pool).
What do you need to keep in mind?
- Cleaning fee mandatory: One shot fee of €99
- Registration (1 time fee): €25
- Deposit: 30% - Balance: 3 weeks before arrival
- Guarantee: €200 (€300 if longer than 15 days) - To be paid at moment of reception of the keys and will be reimbursed after check-up of the apartment.
